Vinod Khanna’s Son Sakshi To Make His Bollywood Debut With Dhadkan 2?

SpotboyE.com told you about filmmaker Prem Soni bouncing back into films after he survived cancer sometime back. Soni is all set to make a second part of the Akshay Kumar-Shilpa Shetty-Suniel Shetty 2000 starrer Dhadkan (Cancer Free Director Prem Soni To Make A Comeback With Dhadkan 2!, Dec 3) for Ratan Jain, who produced the first part as well.

SpotboyE.com has learnt that Vinod Khanna’s son Sakshi Khanna has given a test shoot for the film. If all goes well, then Sakshi might make his Bollywood debut with Dhadkan 2.

Now whose role will Sakshi play-Akshay or Suniel’s? Let’s wait for his test shoot results.

Sakshi  earlier reported to make a debut with a film produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Then there was buzz that he might make a debut with Milan Luthria. However, he has now given a test for a role in Dhadkan 2.

As far as the cast of Dhadkan 2 is concerned, it was earlier reported that Sooraj Pancholi, Fawad Khan and Shraddha Kapoor will star in the film. However, after the Pakistani artiste ban in Bollywood, Fawad is undoubtedly no longer a part of the film and now Shraddha and Sooraj have also backed out. Therefore, a fresh casting is being done for the film.

Soni who was diagnosed with gallbladder cancer while he was filming Ishkq In Paris is making a comeback to the industry after three-and-half years. His fight with cancer led to the delay of Preity’s film, which was originally slated to release in 2012 but got postponed to 2013. Ishkq In Paris did not do well at the ticket windows either.

Soni has also directed Main Aur Mrs Khanna (2009) starring Salman Khan (who was very supportive of him in his illness) and Kareena Kapoor.

Now that Soni has recovered and  decided to make a comeback with Dhadkan 2, we’re hoping that he will soon lock the film's cast.
